Management transferred to W. C. Richardson & Co., Cleveland OH (for the Fries estate after the 1900 death of Valentine Fries)

Repowered 1891 with new fore and aft compound engine at Cleveland OH by Globe Iron Works

Did not operate for this fleet after 1913 season

Sold March 28, 1916 to William Edwards Steamship Co. for off-Lakes service and left the Great Lakes.
Enrolled Canadian at 1336 GT, 831 NT     Can 134528    

Foundered May 18, 1917 off Cape Pine, Newfoundland.  Enroute from Sydney NS to St. Johns Nfld with cargo of coal.
