Launched Dec 28, 1928
Built for fast package freight service between Fort William ON. and Montreal QC.

258’9” LOA, 250’ LBP, 42’9” beam, 26’6” depth
2 decks, coal-fired boilers, triple expansion engine, 1300 IHP

Her engine and boilers were from the str. Lambton, which had wrecked Dec 8, 1927 on Whitefish Bay after only seven seasons of operation and which had been salvaged in 1928 and converted to a barge

Enrolled at Montreal QC.

Entered service 1929

Laid up at end of 1961 season at Kingston ON and did not operate again

Sold for scrap 1963 to Steel Company of Canada.  Scrapped at Hamilton ON.
