Foundered May 9, 1906 near Pelee Island, Lake Erie.  Towed by str. Fred Pabst, lost in storm near Colchester Light.  Downbound with cargo of iron ore.  No lives lost.  Enrollment surrendered May 9, 1906.  (On Sept 16 str. Charles B. Packard ran over the wreck and sank, after which the wreck was removed.)
