Transferred 1965 to Labrador Steamships Ltd., Montreal QC, a subsidiary of Pickands Mather & Co.
(home port to Hamilton Bermuda) and renamed Pointe Noire.

Enrollment transferred to Canada 1966     Can 317139     (home port to Montreal QC)

Sold 1968 to Upper Lakes Shipping Ltd., Toronto ON (home port to Toronto ON)

Boilers converted to oil firing 1971 at Toronto ON

Laid up at Toronto ON at end of 1980 season and did not operate again

Sold for scrap 1982 to Newman Steel Co.  Towed to Port Maitland ON and scrapped there.
