The railroads were required under the provisions of the Panama Canal Act of 1912 to divest themselves of competing vessels.  Great Lakes Transit Corporation was organized to own and operate these vessels.

Remeasured 1924 to 4077 GT, 3398 NT

Renamed P. E. Crowley 1925

Sold 1942 for off-Lakes service and was towed down the Illinois and Mississippi Rivers to the Gulf of Mexico

Renamed Kurikka (Fin.) 1947

Scrapped 1953 in England
