Vessel built for the Canadian government merchant marine under its World War I vessel construction program.  Each vessel was assigned to an individual firm identifying the name of the vessel.

Transferred 1920 to Canadian Sower Ltd.

Participated in the fall grain trade on the Great Lakes beginning in Nov 1921

Sold Oct 20, 1925 to Canada-Cuba Steamship Co. for off-Lakes service and left the Great Lakes.

Renamed Emperor of Frederickton 1925 and Waku Maru 1926

Torpedoed Feb 10, 1945 by U.S. submarine off Korea, Yellow Sea
