Built as Panoil for Huasteca Petroleum Co., New Orleans LA.  Renamed Crudoil 1925 (str. Panoil, which also came to the Great Lakes, was renamed from Crudoil to Panoil at the same time)

Requisitioned 1944 by U. S. War Shipping Administration for off-Lakes service during World War II and left the Great Lakes.

To British Registry 1944, renamed Cervara (Italy) 1946
