Tomlinson fleets merged 1954 into Tomlinson Fleet Corporation (home port to Wilmington DE)

Sold 1963 to Marine Salvage Ltd., Port Colborne ON.  Resold to Italian shipbreakers.  Towed to Genoa Italy for scrapping.
