Foundered Oct 25, 1898 off Kenosha WI, Lake Michigan.  Enroute from Chicago IL to Midland ON with cargo of corn towing barge Olive Jeanette (which survived).  All aboard lost (17 or 18).
Enrollment surrendered March 6, 1899.  Barge returned to Chicago under her own sail.
