Transferred 1895 to Nicholas Transit Co. (home port to Fairport OH)

Sunk Oct 9, 1903 in collision with barge Magna, St. Clair Flats Canal, St. Clair River.  No lives lost.  Downbound with cargo of iron ore.  Magna towed by str. Empire City.  Enrollment surrendered Dec 18, 1903.  Wreck dynamited out spring 1904.
