Foundered Sept 16, 1901 8 miles off Eagle River, Keweenaw Peninsula, Lake Superior.  All 24 lost. Downbound from Duluth MN with cargo of wheat and flax for Buffalo NY in heavy storm. Enrollment surrendered Sept 30, 1901
