Sold for scrap 1963 to Marine Salvage Ltd., Port Colborne ON.  Resold to Spanish shipbreakers.  Towed out by Dutch tug Barents Zee.  Tow line to tug parted in storm Dec 2, 1964 and vessel drifted ashore on Anticosti Island
