Sold 1907 to Capt. W. J. Willoughby and Richard Baxter ½ each, Cleveland OH

Capt. Willoughby was in the process of transferring the vessel to Canadian flag but she was lost before the transfer could be completed.
Burned April 3, 1909 near Bar Point, off the mouth of Detroit River, Lake Erie.  No lives lost.  Enrollment surrendered June 14, 1909.
