Burned Sept 16, 1990 at dock, Bay City MI, Saginaw River.  One life lost (crew member drowned trying to swim from vessel).  Unloading gasoline at Total Petroleum Inc. dock.  Explosion resulted when passing MV Buffalo pulled vessel from dock and mooring pilings failed, breaking unloading hose and power line.
