Forward deck house damaged Jan 13, 1964 in fire.  Repaired before commissioning.

1 deck, arch cargo hold construction, hatches @ 24’, oil-fired diesel engines, 5300 BHP

Entered service April 1965.  Up Soo locks April 2, 1964.

Transferred 1970 to Algoma Steamships Ltd. 

Sold 1979 to N. M. Paterson & Sons Ltd., Thunder Bay ON (home port to Thunder Bay ON) and renamed Vandoc  (2)

Laid up Dec 21, 1991 at Thunder Bay ON and did not operate again

Sold for scrap 2002 to Purvis Marine, Sault Ste. Marie ON.  Towed to Sault Ste. Marie and scrapped.
