Stranded Oct 20, 1913 at Black Bay, Lake Superior and abandoned to the underwriters as a constructive total loss.  Enrollment surrendered March 24, 1914.  No lives lost.  Salvaged by Canadian wreckers.

Foundered Nov 7, 1921 in storm at Nipigon Bay, Lake Superior.  Fourteen or more lives lost.
