Lake Michigan Car Ferry Transportation Co., Chicago IL

Foundered Sept 29, 1906 inside breakwater at Chicago IL.  Enroute to Chicago with cargo of freight cars, towed by tug J. C. Ames, she was damaged in storm and capsized just short of her destination.  Three lives lost of six aboard.  Enrollment surrendered March 16, 1908.
