Foundered Nov 28, 1905, probably northwest of Outer Island, Lake Superior, in gale.  Downbound from Duluth MN with barley for Buffalo NY.  Last seen by steamer Harold B. Nye.  All 19 lost.  Enrollment  surrendered at Milwaukee WI Dec 23, 1905.
