Rebuilt to bulk freighter and 1 deck at Buffalo NY
Remeasured to 1173 GT, 836 NT

Sold 1909 to Joseph D. Kropp, Buffalo NY

Foundered Sept 18, 1909 off Cleveland OH in storm.  Became waterlogged and sank.  Crew rescued by str. Maryland.  Enrollment surrenderd Dec 28, 1909.
