Stranded Nov 1, 1878 near Ludington MI, Lake Michigan.  Driven ashore in storm.  No lives lost.  Released spring 1879, repaired and returned to service.

Sold 1879 to L. Ellsworth, Milwaukee WI

Sold 1879 to Thomas Adams & Jesse H. Farwell, ½ each, Detroit MI (home port to Detroit MI)
(Farwell’s share renamed Farwell Transportation Co. 1883 and Ecorse Transportation Co. 1895)

Sold 1898 to Atlantic Transportation Co. for off-Lakes service and left the Great Lakes.  Great Lakes enrollment surrendered at Ogdensburg NY Oct 18, 1898.

Sunk Oct 23, 1918 in collision with str. Texan of American Havana Line off North River, New York City NY
