Transferred 1938 to Keystone Transports Ltd. and renamed Keyholt.

Requisitioned 1940 for off-Lakes service during World War II and left the Great Lakes

Wrecked Nov 29, 1942 off mouth of Demarara River, British Guiana (the shoal on which she was wrecked has since been known as the Keyholt Shoal).
