Entered service July 8, 1908 clearing Detroit MI for Erie PA, then clearing Erie July 10 for Superior WI.

Sold Dec 28, 1915 to Fort Henry Transit Co., Cleveland OH, W. C. Richardson, Mgr. (home port to Fairport OH)

Renamed W. C. Richardson  (2) 1916

Richardson fleets combined 1921 into Columbia Steamship Co., Cleveland OH, John T. Kelly, Mgr.

Fleet reincorporated Nov 1931 in Delaware as Columbia Transportation Co. (home port to Wilmington DE)

Remeasured 1943 to 428.6 x 52.2 x 24.0, 4883 GT, 3681 NT

Converted to crane vessel 1950 at South Chicago IL by American Ship Building Co.

Fleet merged Oct 1957 into parent Oglebay Norton Co.

Laid up at end of 1974 season at Cleveland OH and did not operate again.

Sold 1977 to Consolidated Dock Co. and towed to Toledo OH for use as a floating storage dock for Consolidated Coal Co.

Towed 1984 to Frog Pond (long term storage area) at Toledo OH and scrapped in stages by 1992.
