Foundered April 19, 1909 Straits of Mackinac.  Enroute from Milwaukee WI to Port Huron MI with cargo of corn, ran into ice flow, was cut by ice and sank.  Five of 16 aboard lost.  Enrollment surrendered April 23, 1909.
